Hello & welcome to a new complementary health and wellbeing service in the heart of beautiful Dunbar.

My name is Tracey & I've been a complementary therapist since 2007, primarily focusing on Reflexology, Reiki (Master Teacher/Practitioner) and Indian Head Massage. I'm also qualified in other modalities such as Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy and I often combine modalities to create bespoke, holistic treatments.

I'm a parent carer, passionate about the whole family approach to health & wellbeing and supporting other parent carers in our local community.

 

I am also neurodivergent and I am committed to ensuring my services are a reflection of my core beliefs and ethics - Accessible. Holistic. Inclusive. Neurodiversity-Affirming. Person-Centered. Trauma-Informed.

I hope to combine my experience and training to provide an adaptive and inclusive service for anyone with additional or complex needs.
